Description: This pack contains the Oval Office complete scene fully furnished. The Ceiling and two ends can be hidden for better camera angles. All the props inside the Oval Office are set up as sub-props, so you can move, replicate or delete as required.
You also get as a separate prop, the Rose Garden with various buildings, shrubbery, etc. including the building shell that houses the Oval Office.
There are two versions of the Oval Office - one that stands alone at 0/0/0 and a positioned one that you can use to add to the Rose Garden. To use both props together,
a) Load the Rose Garden
b) Load the Oval Office Positioned
3) On the Rose Garden building that houses the oval office, find the "Windows" and "Frame" under the Header "Exterior" and uncheck the visibility. These are duplicated on the "Oval Office Positioned". Having both loaded would be useful for indoor scenes where you want to see the Rose Garden thorugh the window, or for scenes on the patio area so you can see the furnished Oval Office through the window.
There is also another folder titled "Singles" that contains all the props within the Oval Office - useful for adding to the scene or use in other projects.
Feel free to add your own iClone trees and bushes.

As an added bonus, we are able to utilize the advanced features of iClone 7 by using a substance graph, thus allowing many iof the supplied items to be customized to your own unique colour scheme. In addition, the Outer House Shell is supplied and can be customized the same way. Select the brick colour, the trim, the siding using the substance graph embedded. The main shell has a front door that has a PERFORM for Open and Close. The double Garage Doors have a PERFORM for Open and Close.
In addition, you get over 260 single props with PBR texturing for creating your own customization to the rooms or for use in other projects. Items such as furniture, walls, windows and window coverings also have the substance graph, allowing you to create your own signature look.

Description: Greenwood Fantasy Village is a modular flexible package of stylized PBR 3D-models and materials in a cute fairytale style. This package includes modular terrain and over 100 objects for populating the world.
It's not only a village, it's a little (or even big) world!
Along with all the single assets supplied, you get a large demo scene already set up for you to start animating right away. To simplify things, some props in the scene are grouped, i.e. 4 tree types (4 single props with multiple trees merged). Vegetable patches, barrels, rocks, etc. are all set up the same way in cluster groups. The ground though, is completely modular in single parts. If you require a smaller scene, you can load the ground, and remove the modules you don't want in the scene which will save you time rather than starting from scratch.
The single House Props (3 types in 3 colors) and the lighthouse have working doors you can open and close on the time-line. The lighthouse has a separate mirror that you can rotate. Windmill has a separate blade that can also be rotated.
